Terms and Conditions of Sale

Registration

All bidders must register and obtain a “Buyer’s Number” prior to placing a bid for any item.

All bidders must be at least 18 years of age.

All bidders must present a valid driver’s license when registering.

By registering to bid, you are agreeing to all Terms and Conditions associated with the sale either written or announced the day of the sale.

Terms and Conditions

Items are “As is” and “Where is” with “All Faults” and “No Warranty, Written or Implied”

“Sales are Final” – “No Refunds or Exchanges”

We reserve the right to withdraw or remove any item from the sale at any time.

Descriptions and Photographs are provided for the sole purpose of aiding you to identify items of interest.  They are not intended to be used for determining quality or condition.

Note:  In order to give a good representation of items offered, we may show multiple pictures of the same item (different angles, groups of items, etc.) or pictures of information tags or labels on an item to help you with identification and research. 

Pictures may show more than one item to save you time when viewing.  Items shown together give neither representation that the items will be sold together nor do they indicate the order in which items will be sold.

Pictures

Items sold become the responsibility of the buyer.  The Mouths of the South Auction Company assumes no liability for loss or damage.

All items purchased must be removed the day of the sale unless other arrangements are made with the seller.

Announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over any printed or internet advertisement.

Payment Terms

At Mouths of the South Auctions there is No Buyer’s Premium. 

We accept: Cash, Money Orders or Pre-approved Checks

If you are not known by the auction company or if you are from out-of-state, you must pay with cash, certified check, money order or check accompanied by an original letter of guarantee from the bank signed by a bank official of the bank holding the account.

A $35.00 Service Fee will be applied to all returned checks
